Are mushrooms or acid more spiritual?

I have done acid many times and mushrooms dozens of times. As far as intensity and connection with the spiritual realm, mushroom take you to the edge of the abyss so you can peer in - but acid takes you to your spiritual heart - to the depth of your soul and being. You need only to be sure that you have enough fuel (lsd) for the journey.

Spiritual to me means that you've tapped into something that goes beyond the mere flesh and bones of the human aspect of yourself. For lack of a better word, i'll use the word spirit.

Generally speaking, it is possible to have a recognition of this "spirit" without tripping at all. But i would say that tripping on psychedelics does allow for you to have a heightened sense of awareness of something about you that is beyond just the mere human, or can be a "welcome mat" for the recognition of what goes beyond the human. Why? I'm not even sure.

As far as acid vs. shrooms goes, i would say that both access the spiritual, but in different ways. Shrooms being more organic and earthy while acid is more...i don't even know...acid. That's all i got...
