Technology
The technology demand special qualified persons. Not persons was can do all, rather persons was can only one and that very good. The beginning of that is the fordism, after the world war one. Speech
There are many dialects in the languages. The most are very old and in a continuous transformation. Speech is living. Consider gibberish. In the last 100-200 years, dialects was not popular. Kids learning school english. On the other hand, every year few languages are die away. Many others endangered by extinction. What is relativelly new is slang. But not only slang, rather slang was going to a dialect, scene speech. Thats for the first contact with that very crazy. Speech is living.
