There's an unwillingness to own up to the facts that is pervasive in the modern world. If you hold dogmatically to an egalitarian position, you will expect that 12% of the black population would and should hold 12% of the slots at ivy league schools, and in high paying jobs. I'M AN EGALITARIAN SO I THINK BLACK PEOPLE SHOULD BE 12% OF OUR ENGINEERS AND ASIANS SHOULD BE 5% OF OUR ENGINEERS. Nonsense. The NBA is 85% black for a reason.
