Bartending at a laid back establishment might be a good gig. You can make some good money doing that and it's not too tough.
And if that product is in demand there might be different kinds of customers for it, which in return creates different producing/marketing opportunities. 'Just like any other product' sounds very generalizing. I think you mean it gets the same possibilities as other products (and I agree it will be tempting to go mass producing for a lot of growers) You can buy bananas for €1 and the same amount for €2 when it is fairtrade or biological for example.
