Anyone think it is impossible to tell what type of weed you have by taste, appearanc

I know sour diesel when I smoke it. I know strawberry cough when I smoke it. I know northern lights when I smoke it.

Those are really the only ones I can remember by taste and smell.. but sometimes you just get some dank headies that you think is something until you feel the high
