you're 23, old enough to know what you like by now. if you dream and fantasize about guys and are also attracted to female, then you're likely bisexual. 5 years is a long time to be thinking about cock and not knowing if you like it. if you were horny and hard like a rock and saw a cock would u grab it? this isnt' something a normal str8 person would do... i started liking guys when i was 17-18 yrs old, i'm 28 now and i still think the same.. actually, to be honest i've been with a few guys (no sexual intercourse) and I like them more now than i ever did.

seems you just can't accept the fact that your either bi or gay? i think everyone was there at once point in their life.. but many learn to accept. I know i have. I'm proud to be bisexual and fully accept the way i am.. i told my bestfriend this when i revealed myself to him and he looked at me and smiled when i told him i rather be this way.

you don't have to have sex with the same sex to classify yourself as gay or bi.. just fantasizing and wanting to be with the same sex should be self explantory.. going to a doctor or some kind of health specialist is a waste of time in my book.
