I believe I've heard that song before. I read The Help within a week of borrowing it from my friend; it was outstanding!!! F. Scott Fitzgerald is just awesome. I'm not much of a Nicholas Sparks person though.
Yes,there are books that you just can't stop reading. So tell me,what is your high school like?(you go to high school right?)and what subjects do you take ?
I graduated last year, actually. Then I took a semester of classes at a community college, but they messed it all up and I didn't get any credits. So I took this semester off, and I'm going to take a test in April so I can become a teaching assistant. What's your school like? Any favorite subjects or such?
Sorry for the late response... got caught up a bit with life and what not. I wrote this poem the first time I took LSA, it was my first psychedelic experience and man was it eye opening. Anyways, here's the poem: The sun dances with our eyes through the mist The flowers sing and play amongst the gentle beams of light shining beyond the barrier of the thick trees of life, to which we owe our existence Children of the Earth lay quietly sleeping as tomorrow slowly creeps into reality But asleep they stay, lost in the world of dreams that surrounds their unconscious minds It is there they find solace, a way to escape the harsh reality forced upon them by the coherent mind It is there the children use the power given to them by the spirits The power to love, the power of emotions, feelings, and the right to drink back their fears with the water of infinity It is there the children of the Earth begin their stories and end their lives Amongst the people of dreams, and the beings of night It may sound a little cheesy, but I don't know... There was a lot going through my mind when I wrote it and honestly I kind of forgot how to use a computer for a bit lol
What's a community college like?.Wow that's great, are you going to work with kids or in a high school? Well,my school is pretty good,it's not really big and ,well, the quad and the gym are a bit small, but the people are really nice,so are the teachers (most of them). There's a cafeteria, but you have to buy the food (in the USA it's free right?),most of the people bring lunch from home.We start at 8.30 to 2.15 and the lunch break is 20 minutes. English class is really fun,we watch movies, listen songs and stuff, and there's this subject CMC,which is like biology, geology and ecology all together, but explained in an easy to understand way. But I don't really know what I'm going to do after high school, university I guess, but I have no idea what career I want.
It's like a regular college except it's cheaper and you can't get a four year degree. Sort of like a technical school. I'd rather work in a high school, but it's all a matter of where I can find a job (if I can find a job). My high school was pretty big. Last year there were nearly 2,000 people enrolled there. We have to buy lunch, but if your family can't afford it, you can get a waiver to get it for free or at a reduced price. So none of my friends had to pay for lunch, but I did. I didn't eat school lunch though because it's really gross. We got about 40 minutes, but sometimes you only got 10-15 minutes to eat if you were the last table to get in line. I had the same problem for my whole last year of high school, and I still have that problem. There's just too much stuff that I like to do and that I want to learn. I think there should be a job that involves every subject! Hey, when it's good, it's good. You're welcome
God this is great, you should submit it to magazines or something. And you wrote it while you were high??
Oh i get it now, there are technical schools here too,a couple of friends of mine have enrolled on and now are doing something with cosmetics I think, they really like it. I hope you get the job =).Wow,in my high school there are less than 1000 kids. I still have a year to think what I'm going to do,but most of the kids already know what they want.I'd like something that involves arts but idk.Such a good idea,we should ''invent'' that job .
Everyone from all over town decided they wanted to go to my high school, and I have no idea why! The people who think they know already what they want to do... They'll change their minds a million times. I think I could have all the time in the world and still not know for sure.
I ask you this because when I'm high I bareley remember how to write ,I'm like doing weird stuff and eating.
I believe that when you stop looking for something you'll find it,so I keep doing what I like and hoping for the best, but anyways,I don't like making plans so I'll just decide when the moments come.
I don't know, normal I guess? It's probably similar to living in any of the other countries, provided that they're democratic in nature (except Russia. They can never get their government together for some reason). What do you want to know about it?
idk, where do you hang out with your friends?are the high schools like in the movies, like the cool kids, the cheerleaders..
We just hang out at each other's houses, go to the mall or something. Unless it's really nice out, then we'll go to the park. High schools are nothing like the movies. Most people just hang out with whoever they want, regardless of their stereotyped group. Anyone can be cool
