exactly, hell we could even dress em up like Iraqi and tell Bushy they are Iraqi and he could get a good solid woody flipping the switches himself. Less money required to keep trash alive and more money for social programs to assist decient people in living a better life. Its a win win deal.
So what was your point besides taking a conversation that I had with another on the topic of the death penalty and that I felt money spent on the elderly was a far better use of my tax dollars than supporting a convicted murderer and that the death penalty should be utilized and done quickly in the case of 1st degree murder in the US. That knowing a person will face death if they kill instead of a life of supported living and paid medical would likely produce a reduced rate in that type of crime. Also if while in prison if you continue to commit violent crimes like rape ect then they should put those people to death also. If you cant make it in society they send you to prison, if you cant make it in prison and are still acting like a crimminal than like we do with problem animals they should be exterminated. Why pay to keep a scum? There are elderly going without basic needs due to poverty and money could be diverted to assist them instead of supporting a person that takes lives and seems to still be taking lives becuase the cost to keep them is taking away from others whos only crime was being poor. As to guns and how they too could assist the elderly, if people would shoot violent crime offenders during the act of the crimes again cheaper to burry em then to keep em!
Average Retirement Check For Many People $500.00 Per Month . Most Rent In Large Cities = A Converted Garage Into A Efficency Or Studio =$500.00 ..Money Left Over = 0
http://www.ojp.usdoj.gov/bjs/pub/pdf/spe01.pdf So we spend roughly $1200 more per month to take care of a criminal then we offer our seniors to live on per month. Seems real fare to keep a killer alive.
YOU MISS THE WHOLE POINT FORGET THOSE HARD CRIMINAL FOR A MINUTE = LOOK HOW MANY THOUSANDS OF RECREATIONAL POT SMOKERS ARE IN JAIL THEN COUNT AGAIN YOU SEE THOSE BLACKS AND EVEN WHITE LOOKING FOR A JOB AS A PRISON CORRETCION OFFICER ,,MORE PUBLIC DEFENDER ,,MORE STATE PROSECUTORS MORE JUDGES,,, ALL THE PROPETY CONFISCATED OVER A LOUSY FEW GRAMS OF POT INCLUDING BOATS AND ANY VEHICLES BUT GUESS WHAT NO 1 PROTEST ANY MORE . I BET YOU $500.000 THAT IF 50 CIVILIANS ALL WHITE WERE JUST PLAIN MURDER BY A SQUAD OF COPS NO PROTEST WOULD COME ABOUT. ONLY THE BLACKS IN THE LAST FEW DECADES HAVE AND THEY TOO ARE BECOMING SOFT EVERY PASSING YEAR.
I just figure if we take out the capital murder convicts at $2500 a head per month and then take out them sick bastards that rape and kill and try to kill other inmates while they are in prison at $2500 a head per month that we could free up some cash to help out them poor elderly people and others as well. Then force the rest of em to work off their debts, doing hard ass labor we could assist the cost of that $2500 to offset it a bit.
Several Months Ago A Black Teen Was Kill By A Bunch Of This Big "football Type ' White Officer At A Youth Correction Camp Not Even A Prison . Any Protest By The Blacks "im Sure They Wont In Kkk Control Nothern Florida ....but.
The enforcement of state and local marijuana laws annually costs US taxpayers an estimated $7.6 billion, approximately $10,400 per arrest. Of this total, annual police costs are $3.7 billion, judicial/legal costs are $853 million, and correctional costs are $3.1 billion. In both California and New York, state fiscal costs dedicated to marijuana law enforcement annually total over $1 billion. * Marijuana possession and sales arrests disproportionately impact black adults. African Americans are among the demographic groups most adversely impacted by marijuana law enforcement. While adult African Americans account for only 8.8% of the US population and 11.9% of annual marijuana users, they comprise 23% of all marijuana possession arrests in the United States. * Marijuana possession and sales arrests disproportionately impact younger Americans. One out of every four marijuana possession arrests in the United States involves a person age 18 or younger. Seventy-four percent of all US marijuana possession arrests are for people under the age of 30. Marijuana users who are white, over 30 years old, and/or female are disproportionately unaffected by marijuana possession arrests. * Over one million US teenagers sell marijuana. The enforcement of state and local marijuana laws has neither reduced adolescent demand for marijuana, nor has it reduced the number of teens supplying marijuana to other adolescents on the black market. * Marijuana prohibition fails to produce intended results. Total US marijuana arrests increased 165% during the 1990s, from 287,850 in 1991 to 755,000 in 2003. However, these increased arrest rates have not been associated with a reduction in marijuana use, reduced marijuana availability, a reduction in the number of new marijuana users, reduced treatment admissions, reduced emergency room mentions of marijuana, any reduction in marijuana potency, or any increases in the price of marijuana. NORML Executive Director Allen St. Pierre called the report an official "indictment" of US marijuana policy, noting that present US marijuana strategies resoundingly fail when measured against the federal government's handpicked drug use and public health indicators. "Public policies are measured by their ability to produce intended results," St. Pierre said. "The stated goal of criminal marijuana prohibition is to deter marijuana use and promote public health. As the data show, the current prohibition-oriented policy clearly does neither. Rather, the enforcement of state and local marijuana laws unnecessarily costs American taxpayers billions of dollars annually, disproportionately impacts the lives of young people and African Americans, and encourages approximately one million teenagers to become entrepreneurs in the criminal drug trade." The report and analysis lists states and counties by rank for categories such as for marijuana possession and sales arrests; and total arrests versus per capita arrest rates. For example: Top five states for all marijuana arrests: 1) California (60,111 marijuana arrests) 2) New York (57,504 marijuana arrests) 3) Texas (51,563 marijuana arrests) 4) Illinois (41,447 marijuana arrests) 5) Georgia (23,977 marijuana arrests) Top five states for marijuana arrests per capita (National Average = 239 marijuana arrests/per 100,000 citizens): 1) Nebraska (458 marijuana arrests per 100,000) 2) Louisiana (398 marijuana arrests per 100,000) 3) Wyoming (386 marijuana arrests per 100,000) 4) Kentucky (364 marijuana arrests per 100,000) 5) Illinois (359 marijuana arrests per 100,000)
See thats something else I dont undrstand. I have a CDL and fall under the professional driver clause thus they have harder laws for us and stiffer fines. Shrinks the same thing if they do something wrong with a patient they get hit harder for it and teachers with students ect. Now a police officer who is "trained" can have accidental shootings and false arrest and ect but they seem to be able to walk away with "hazard of the job" was "in the line of duty" ect. Seems since they are "trained" they should be held at a higher accountability than that of J Q Public.
