Don't seem to need a lot of food, I eat when I'm hungry and that's usually dinner only... I'm neither fat nor thin, I get along fine on that.

Why do people insist on eating by the clock instead of when their body tells them they need food?

 

some people have diabetes, HIV, or some other medical condition & take meds that require them to eat.

Probably about 36 hours... if I'd eaten dinner, then forgot to eat the next day and then ate lunch because I was getting a bit hungry by that time... btw, I love good food, I'm not anorexic or anything... I just don't need a lot.
