I think love's only agenda is to love, so it's not trying to change anything or save anything. It just loves.
Feeling love is difficult like that, because you've discovered something and want others to share it. But what if they don't want to share it? Love is just as mutch about letting things be and not trying to force the issue, because thats ego.
What does love really require you to do? The answer of course is 'just love'.
Easy in concept but hard in practice.

But seriously, i went through a 'christ complex' of my own several years ago, trying to 'save' a woman. Actually i became dependant on her and just didn't know it. My need was veiled as love. Eventually however i saw the widom that one can only change oneself and that trying to change peoples minds is fruitless and disrespectful.
Trying to save people is a bit like thinking there is no god looking over them, that somehow god isn't up to the job and YOU need to do it.
Everyone is guided in life through the experiences they NEED in order to grow and each comes to a knowledge of god IN THEIR OWN TIME, when they and god are ready.

A guy once said to me "Get out of your own way" and "Let go and let god."


I'm trying not to be critical and i say this with fondness, because i've been there myself and because i really feel that you are indeed feeling alot of love right now ... just that your ego has jumped on it and claimed it... for the time being anyway. It's just part of the journey as far as i'm concerned.

Just listen really deep to what love is really saying and bear in mind that ego will be seeking it's own agenda.
