another is it legal? question

    obviously u have never been to NH, sir. cuz if anyone under 18 sees u in your own backyard then they can if they want to,"turn u in to the law & take u to court"....and get u branded legally as a sex offender for the rest of your life.

    its so weird, the law and things about this.

    there was a case a couple of years back where a woman was taken to court by a neighbour for sunbathing naked in her garden.

    she walked naked on a shared driveway and was filmed doing it by her neighbour's builder and got taken to court by her neighbour for it.

    fortunately she was cleared of any charges but the fact was she still had to prove, in court, that she didnt intend to cause any harm or distress.

    when i lived with my family i was often naked in the back garden and when i go back there now i will sometimes strip off. i dunno if ive ever been seen but stories like that make be glad that if i have my neighbours never called the cops on me!
