I only wish I came from that rich a heritage. I'm actually Irish/Italian. I just loved Germany and I loved the language so I went there and studied the culture and learned the language.

She died with hippie.It's a long drawn out saga about the white man and the future.Kinda sad really,but I don't really know.It's all about Bush and his histeria.Nationalism in the name of peace.It started with the contras and Reagen and Daddy Bush putting shit on the street to kill the hippie mentality.Crack instead of pot,angel dust replacing acid.Hippies not really dead,just lost in the struggle.Don't mean shit.

i agree, i try not to post unless its a positive thing, i wish others would follow that, but i guess that the yang of the ying and thats what makes the world go round...

 

Obviously I'm glad we never became a communist nation, but honestly, we never were in danger of that. The fact that we went to war to help a country who was not an ally in an area with which we were not familiar for no other reason than saving face in the cold war era, under a guise of helping a struggling nation in civil war is not justifiable, to me. We should not have gone and we should not have had thousands of our men murdered for the "cause". And look where it got us. Communism took over the entire country anyway. I'm glad that the hippies protested. Honestly, had they not, even as Mccarthy admits we'd still not have won that war. We'd have just lost thousands of more lives in vain.

I think everyone has to let off steam about something and its very peaceful to me to do it in a discussion rather than kill them cause they don't conform to your view lol

i know there are 34 replys on here and what not, but if there is any anger what so ever here on the forums, its not because someone is a hippie or not. everyone has anger in them, even if we wish to ignore it. Its not whether you are a punk, a hippie, or whatever you happen to be.

 

Well I am a satanist and I've relized not to repress my anger or hatred. Its a natural part of ones being and therefore cant be bad. You hold back, you mount stress. Anyways I dont dig how people are new to the site and A) Automaticlly asume that everyone on here is a hippie (shit when I first joined I figured that out real quick without asking) and B) That all hippies have to act in one certain way. Tie Dye and LSD man. Thats all their is to it. Gimmie a break. Anyone who claims they dont hate is a liar. Period. Anyway MM had a good point. Most of the bashing posts come from us younger ones and I admit I've been sucked in and doing it too. But then their are some older people like Jerry420, interval and the like who are also pretty intollerent to people disagreeing with them.
