Amy Winehouse Found Dead

Lets be clear about one thing. It was not a "battle against drink and drugs" as some papers are saying. It was a totally self administered demise. Totally expected, but still shocking and sad. Horrid to see a life ruined.
Weird thing is I saw a film about Lemmy a couple of days ago who is in his 60s now, and still drinking Jack and snorting speed. I guess he is made of stronger stuff. Funny thing about him, apart from his prodigous intake and resilience was that people said they NEVER saw him off his face, stumbling, slurring or falling over.

Ive had loads of women dump me ,and ive dumped even more , but i dont go to the pub like some to drown my sorrows , i get down ,, then i get myself up .We have choices in life to make ,, up or down .

Not trying to preach to you :2thumbsup: have just seen enough in my own lifes experiance to to realise that there are casualties in certain life styles .

By the way ,, in the music industry Drugs are endorsed by the powers that be ,and sold by the man to control there Artists ,, hense also most everything they earn goes back to the man ..

She has the face of a farm animals ass. good riddance, and i should thank her for that. it's a good thing her genes are now erased from the human gene pool.

 

Yeah i read about this yesterday on the news. I really dislike how a lot of people are making off-colour jokes about Amy Winehouse's death. Yeah she was fucked up A LOT. But part of that im sure was to alleviate some of the immense pressure of being in the public eye all the time. IMO she had a very interesting voice and i enjoyed some of her music very much. The pressure builds on her even more when she started fucking up a lot....not her biggest fan but RIP Amy.

It is really sad that someone with so much talent had to die in such a tragic manner. Shame on all of the people on here making such rude,horrid and disparaging remarks about somebody who was obviously crying out for help. May she now finally rest in peace. My thoughts and prayers are with her family in their hour of need.

 

Is it sad? Does it matter? Should it matter? Do I care? Should I care?...a little bit of yes and no...but that's all based on how I'm feeling right now. I could care more, I could care less.

I didn't hear about this, from down here, in my box, under my rock.....

I don't think I'm sorry, I remember reading about her making pot bad press by smoking hash for like 2 days strait, and having some quack say that how much hash she smoked caused brain damage.... So I don't think I liked her. Did she have a marijuana overdose again?
