We don't care if you're not cheese, we still love you, cheese.

Passionate about cheese = dying inside?

    NO

Passionate about cheese = Expressing your love for life and the entire entire universe by producing top notch dairy products!

Now if only someone would think of those poor cows. American dairies are the worst!

I wonder if you can make cheese from human milk?

I believe you can. I think the only milk you can't make cheese from is donkey milk.

How crushing is it to know that you'll never have donkey cheese?

Absolutely. My friends wanted me to supply them breastmilk so they could do it. I'm not lactating and have never done so, so I could not oblige. Maybe one day. Haha.

American cheese...is something I will only eat on grilled cheese sandwiches and cheeseburgers. I think any other kind of cheese except swiss just doesn't melt right for those two things. But I know straight up that's not real cheese, I can't just grab slices of it and eat it like a snack, that's grooooosssss. And you can't really cook with it, either, it's too damn salty. And as far as Velveeta goes, I only eat that every now and then in their macaroni and cheese they put out. I learned my lesson with that stuff the day I thought it'd be a good idea to have my dad make me a ham and Velveeta on toast sandwich for lunch before they sold it in sandwich slices. I got big chunks of Velveeta and it was the saltiest sandwich. Ugh.

Cool! I want to try it!

I remember the cheese in Florida, buying nachos and after a few minutes the melted cheese turns to rubber.

Have to try smoked applewood cheddar on toast one of these days I'm getting really into that cheese. Sometimes if I am lazy I will heat up some rice I made earlier in the microwave with some cheese on it. tried it with the applewood the other day and it was fucking amazing!

Oh the smell it left in my kitchen afterwards...

I once made a pizza with a stilton stuffed crust! Pure decadence.

Around here nacho cheese is almost like a thick cheddar cheese soup with either jalapeno juice or pureed jalapenos mixed in. I looooove nachos with that kind of cheese, lol.

I also think that just straight up cheddar on toast is one of the yummiest snacks ever. I prefer to use a big chunk of cheddar so that the toast is warm, but the cheese is cold. :D

I love that stuff, I'll eat the whole thing, crusts and all, even if it is years out of date.
