teflon pans, and plastic utensils, and a scotchbrite pad. theyre so damn easy to clean, just dont scratch the finish. i like egg tortillas myself. 75% cook your scrambled eggs (without stirring them), drop your tortilla on top, then flip the eggs and cook the last 25% thru the tortilla... fold and eat. not so easy to carry eggs on the road, but 12 eggs is a few meals for not much cash.
