Yea it's definitely a beer that you either like or don't. Magic Hat #9 is pretty good. The duvel is smooth and more lager tasting-like a much better Blue Moon. The Mad elf is a little sweet-the first glass is a little sweet, the second isn't, the third is great, and you may not remember the 4th, 5th, etc. It has a hint of chocolate and cherry. It's great on those cold wet days with a fire. These are all stronger beers. I also really enjoy a red wine-I've tried a lot of them- I really enjoy Louis Jado Boujelleis-it's around $7 to $9 a bottle. Real good. Easy to drink. Goes with most foods. It's a good french wine with a soul - it doesn't give you a hang-over.
sweet? as in like Grain Belt? or not that sweet? have you heard or had Horny Goat.. i dunno how far it sells.. its made in LaCrosse, Wi.. very similar to Blue Moon
I like Barefoot Cellars wine... cheap.. and pretty good for a cheap wine.. i'm a Chard fan all the way... Sauvignon Blanc is good too..
Try my wine-it's an easy drink compared to most red wines. And it's a happy drunk. It's around-you should find it in most start stores. Mad Elf is a little sweet the first sip-but it grows on you real quickly. I love the first sip of any good beer. I brink the beer up to my mouth-breathe it in a few times-let your mouth water-and that first bit of beer to hit your tongue...
i used to take smoke breaks at work and go to my car to take shots of warm soco. its also great with cereal in the mornings:cheers2:
I haven't tried a lot of the beers mentioned here. I should though and probably will soon. My job has St. Pauli Girl so that one'll be easy.... At my job we also have Stella Artois on tap and I seriously, seriously find that beer overrated as hell. Does not even taste good to me. We had one called Flying Fish, which I think is brewed in PA or maybe even NJ, and I thought that was pretty delicious. I said earlier that I hated tequila but someone at my job said to try the Patron XO in some coffee and see what I think....... so I'll probably do that soon. :cheers2:
im not really too into beer but i actually had a flying fish when i was with my class in fishtown last week and it was good and i didnt get carded which is always nice haha a couple of my friends like to try random beers they usually go to a real big liquor store in delaware called total wine cause it has tons of imported beer and stuff. i had one that tasted like fruity pebbles lol
I had such good experiences with Stella Artois I think it's my favourite foreign beer (it's belgian, I'm dutch). It's not a special beer but Belgium is obviously the superb beer country when it comes to special beers. I personally think the best beer for common use (I mean just normal beer, not special takes on it) come from Germany and the Netherlands. I also seriously try to be objective
rum and coke all the way. beer and wine are also good but if i'm looking to get drunk i'm going with rum
haven't had chimay yet. been looking to try it, but i can get two or three good bombers of a decent stout or porter or one bottle of chimay.
vodka, rhum, the occasional fresh cold beer, i dont really like getin drunk off beer, but its nice to have a fiew,
I use to drink anything that came my way. I still will but I choose my battles more carefully. For the most part I go with R&R whiskey or some dank beers brewed locally that are filled with hops and good strong taste to them.
I hate the taste of alcohol, i'm like the only person in the world who doesn't drink. Oh well, i love my weed <3
