My miss has been sick for a week now and I've fought it off but now, I feel it slowly getting to me. Aches and pains. Aches and pains. Painkillers and hot bath for me right now. Sweat it out! Sweat it out!

I don't know if the old ways work, eat chilli, hot baths, jog it out actually work. But I'm not jogging. I can eat chilli. And bathe. but not feel like running. I guess bath can physically drain me more and induce sickness. But it also might beat it away at its early stages.
