well according to Xrays.. everything is fine.. but im definitely sure everything is not fine... i have to sleep on my couch in the most half assed way to even feel any comfort from laying down.. i can't lay flat on my back still.. i tried it this morning.. no dice.. hurts like holy hell.. im fuckin pissed.. i mean PISSED.. i need some pain relief here and they keep tossing me shit thats basically the same as extra strenth ibuprofen..

plus now i gotta get permission from my employer to go see a physical therapist.. what a bunch of bullshit.. the lady that can tell me this stuff wont be back to work til monday.. omfg.. im so fuckin frustrated its not even funny

 

wow.. that's really shitty. sounds like the doctors don't know what they're doing if they can't see how much pain you're in. i'd probably just try to find some strong pain killers and buy them from somebody. you always get vicodin and shit from people anyway, don't ya?

yea.. but she couldn't get them to me.. for certain reasons.. and i dont know anyone else that sells pills.. plus i cant afford to buy pills.. im fuckin broke as a joke

i'd have to talk to the same lady that i have to talk to about PT.. so i wouldnt find out til monday

 

monday is only 2 more days away! just relax and take it easy until monday then talk to that lady and hopefully she can figure something out for ya.

 

well i just called down to the ER to explain my situation of how the PKs have not been working.. neither of my doctors i saw were in but she said she'd get the message across to one of the doctors that are in today.. and she'd let him know my problems.. and they'll give me a call back.. she said it could be hours.. cuz they are really backed up.. but hell

seriously.. right now i dunno how many more days i can take of this.. its like constantly playing a game of Operation.. one wrong move and *Buzz* horrible jolt of pain through my arm or chest.. not to mention the minimal sleep i've gotten since tuesday.. or that i havent been able to take a bath.. i cant even put my hair in a fuckin pony tail!?!?!?!

 

what exactly is wrong with your shoulder? that sounds horrible.

 

You obvisouly have a soft tissue injury that wouldn't show up on the xrays... You need to find a new doc.

 

right now its unknown.. its been written off as a contusion/sprain because well they can only give me X-rays in the ER.. i'd have to see an Ortho for an MRI.. i called the Ortho the other day.. they want me to see a PT first.. and have him examine my shoulder and see if i need to get an MRI..

i just got a shit ton of mail today all pertaining to my injury.. one of which is my note to go see the PT.. so i need to call monday and go see them.. from what i understand in all this paperwork.. i dont need to ask for permission to have this follow up.. so either way i need to wait til monday to do anything.. im just hoping one of the docs in ER today will bump up my meds

 

I was just inferring that the doctor was an idiot if he acted like he didn't know what was wrong, I'm sure you do know it . Anyways, feel better man.

 

nah.. i never implied they didn't know what they were doing.. they can only x-ray so they can only give me limited knowledge of the injury.. both doctors were really nice overall.. obviously if they can't pinpoint whats wrong with my shoulder they can't really understand then how much pain i am in..

Before i had my back surgery..they were saying the pain going down my leg was my hamstring..HA...they told me this for 5 months so they would wait until the last second to give me an MRI. It cost them money for MRI so they try to cheat you out of them basically..happened to me and had to suffer for almost a year before anything was done.

a little late for that.. and why beat around the bush like that.. they could have just given me some crappy non-opioid if i told them that codeine makes me sick... i'd much rather tell them that im still sore after taking the codeine and tramadol
