Acquiring DMT

canary grass does contain DMT. But you cant just take canary grass and smoke it, i dont think that works. you need to do a DMT extraction to get the active ingredient (you can probably look it up).
and then, from what i've read about DMT you dont actually "smoke it" becasue fire destroys the DMT molecule, you need to use a special pipe to vaporize the DMT. If you look hard enough, i have found instuctions to make such a pipe on the internet.

Just extract dmt yourself. Pretty simple, but does require a bit of basic/intro. chem. knowledge.

I second the notion about those retreats, I read they are the best way to experience the purity of the plant, and they are guided trips. Great way to go inside yourself and come out on the other side renewed. But best to start in a good frame of mind, free of angst and anger.
