Opana will jell up when mixed with water. If you snort it, you have to snort very thin lines and try to avoid it dripping down the back of your throat. It seems that some people love them and others hate them- oxymorphine is very potent and you might not realize if you will go over your limit.

Personally I prefer roxys but if I'm out opana will prevent the dopesickness.
