If my mother didn't think having me was the right thing to do then yes... aborting would have been okay.

And that would be wrong why? We certainly don't need more people here. More people = more problems. We are not the only beings that live on this rock therefore we should consider the other life forms that are here too and leave room for everyone.

Our duty?! Please.. it is most certainly NOT a woman's duty to breed unless she CHOOSES to. Just because we are biologically made to have children in no way means we have to nor were meant to. It simply means that we are the selected vessels through which life may pass. That's it. Our duty... that's laughable. You know not whereof you speak young one.

 

Why do people always dismiss adoption? Do you realise how huge the waiting list for adoptions is in 1st world nations?

 

Like I said, few are ever put in that position. As far as my ideology on abortion, trust me, if everyone was for it, there'd be no arguement on the subject.

 

If every woman decided not to have a child, humanity would die, so therefore all women should be raised to accept the responsibility of child birth, unless they can't, in which case it's not their fault.

No, I will never know what it's like, what I do know is that life's a bitch, and women have it harder tham men, I know, okay, what do you want me to do about it? I know that breast cancer is rampant among women and that it's a horrible thing, wheras men have a higher chance of dying from heart disease or stroke. This is life though, we have to live it. I'm sorry but it's wrong in my opinion to kill for convenience especially when you don't know what you're killing. And 1st world nations NEED more people, it's the underdeveloped world that should hold back.

In 1st World Nations we do, because otherwise immigrants from underdeveloped nations will become the majority and mix in and then allsnational identity will be lost, there will no longer be any Germans or French, or English or Italians, and Nationalism is scared we must keep it alive.

Yes, because of people like you, in 50 years the majority of 1st world nations will be the elderly and guesse what, there will not be enough youth to help them out financially and then there will be great numbers of dead, because of people like you who were selfish and ignorant enough to only think about yourself and not the way life works on this planet.

 

i think abortion is a womans choice. i personally wouldn't do it unless i was certain i wasn't capable of taking care of the child or if i were raped. i don't know, abortion just bothers me. but to each their own. i won't look down on someone if they've had one anyway... its their choice.

I stated earlier teh waiting list for adoptions are long, american families who can't have kids now go to china to get kids because the waiting list for an adoption is way too long? Where do you get that there's too many kids up for adoption? I won't waste any more time responding to you then.

Why don't all the men that indiscrimately spread their sperm take responsibility for their offspring? If they did this wouldn't be an issue. Every child conceived would have at least one parent the "father". But that's not usually the case.

 

Yes there is a waiting list. For white infants. The majority of children waiting in foster care for homes are nonwhite, school-age children. There are about 500,000 children in the sytem right now. 500,000 children!! And you anti-choicers want to throw more kids into that?? That's insane.

If you support adoption so damned much, go out and adopt some kids for chrissakes.
