anyways yea i'm glad it's not termites. i'm convinced now it's silverfish and the ants are just ants...
so gonna get that spray tomorrow.
it's just a little tough w a 2 yr old and a cat... can't have either of them getting to any sprays

I buy a few those ortho defense and I dump them in a pressurized garden sprayer..
< basically like a pro exterminator would use. do it yourself and save $150.00

that pump thing they give you gets tiring with a house the size of mine..

i have them too...drives me nuts because i only see them in the bathroom at night when i turn the light on and im usually half asleep

i just sprayed regular old raid under the radiator a few days ago and havent seen any yet

yeah I've seen them so far at night and in the morning when I was not awake... I was just like huh what's this sperm or tadpole like clear thing? SMASH but yea that's def what it is...

well apparently though they're harmless they eat books and clothes and get into your cereal even and lay eggs and you can eat the eggs without knowing it so hopefully i'll have luck w the spray.
funny thing was... I just read that about the cereal and about 2 mins earlier I had finished eating a bowl of cereal. lol.
ewww I could have silverfish eggs in me right now. yuck.

Daddy Long Legs, House Centipede is all I really have. Wasps sometime build a tiny nest in the attic window. Moths and Flies, Gnats..

 

Yes! THAT is some perspective.... I mean, after dealing w stinkbugs all I really ever gotta do to almost love any other bug is think "eh, it's not a stinkbug"...
and yea fucking nothing kills stinkbugs. love me my bleach, dawn dish detergent and water spray tho for the doors and windows... those fuckers won't come near that stuff... thank GOD I haven't seen a stinkbug in weeks. Once it truly heats up for the summer I don't see them til about...oh... mid August ..then they're back again but at least I have a few weeks of peace from them.

 

and yea when it all comes down to it with bugs you leave me alone i'll mostly leave you alone or not freak out too bad...
don't fly at me. don't buzz at me. don't smell bad. and we good.

I did have much success in getting rid of the stink bugs. I see one now and then. and it still pisses me off.. they are the center of attention bug too. have to drop everything to capture them. Ive coffee jars in every room and tape wands in reach. I fucking hate them.

 

Btw, I can handle getting rid of any bugs...except moths. Fuck moths and their incessant desire to fly into my hair.

SO I live in a row of 6 townhouses... I like all the neighbors but one I can't stand... should I warn everyone to get out and forget to warn him or... be nice anyways?

only things that ever worked for me in the place I lived in before here that was INFESTED with them... seal up everything! everything! spray one part water, one part dawn dish det (HAS to be dawn!) and one part bleach on outside windows and doors.. they won't come near it.. and yea don't EVER swish them... they can smell their little dead friends up to a year later and that tells them "come back... this is our party house!!"... so yea... you have to freaking drop everything and either use one of those vacuum things or the coffee cans and tape or just tp and flush them... it's annoying. I think if I could just use a fly swatter with them it would be so much better then.... "oh no! there's a stinkbug on the ceiling" *goes to get a chair and a coffee can* *stands up on the chair and sneaks up on the thing and puts it in the coffee can* I HATE STINKBUGS MORE THAN ALMOST ANYTHING. I swear orison... when my 2 year old is like 4... hes gonna be WELL TRAINED in dealing w them for me.

do you get stinkbugs? cause i'm not a huge fan of moths either "oh but trish...they're like butterflies!!" uh, no. but yea... I can manage them...they're not all loud and obvious and smelly at least.... so, wanna trade some moths for stinkbugs?
