    a. laugh ( i get this one a lot)
    b. run
    c. stab yo cracka ass with a piece of glass

    to the op, hang in there kid. it's great to see you've got the motivation. maybe a piece of ass would send you down the right road.

    Sounds like a good plan Jason :) Take it in small realistic steps, that you can actually maintain. Setting any goals too high increases the risk of disappointment in yourself if you don't reach them all the time. Hopefully any positive results you start to see/feel will give you most of the motivation you need to keep going.
    Yoga is ace; go for it :)

    Awesome decision dude, glad you're getting youself better :D

    I have cfs so I too am trying to sort my sleeping out.. I get hypersomnia ANd insomnia sometimes and it sucks ass. I never listened to people when they said 'get up earlier' when I knew they knew nothing about this condition.. But it does really help :) get up half an hour earlier every other day or something ^^ I found sleeping to 3 in the afternoon really knocked me out, I was depressed cus I didn't have any sunlight or time in the day to do anything.. but sorting out my sleeping pattern has sorta changed my life xD
