    It's an opiate pain killer, it is OTC in some countries, but I believe it is prescription in the US.

    It's actually a SYNTHETIC opioid prescribed for mild to moderate pain, and it is often just prescribed to potentiate the real opiates. Shit, I ate 20 of them yesterday and still feel the a somewhat srill buzzinl
