Cluster One opened was already gluing to my seat .. Most the show was common Floyd. welcome to the machine , shine on, comfortably numb < which Im not to fond of their performance missing a Gibson guitar solo. Time money, Run Like Hell closing.. lights and sound in that tiny venue. my ears are still ringing.

 

I haven't fully shaved yet this year. Think I did 3 times last year. I use a electric razor to just lengthen it. The gf likes the hair so who knows when ill ever shave it all.

got it done though and it works great...changing out a starter that was hard to get at...didnt have to fix they wanted it to go to the pros so i just had to take it out and put it back in...i kind of like that because then i get to charge twice if the thing wasnt fixed right it isnt my fault

reminds me when I jumped over the road into a golf course.. couldve been a lot worse but did fuck up the front end some.. whipped around the golf course looking for a way to get out.. people looking at me, was kinda funny but scary too..

 

Saw 2 golf carts for sale yesterday and wanted to buy one..haha

 

had a decently built homemade sandrail once...never got to try it out ...rebuilt the engine in college (vw 1600) but the the city got on my case before i got the trans done and i had to sell it off

neighbours were complaining about too many vehicles stored on property

 

We had looked at bullbars today.

The bars themselves aren't that expensive as what I thought it's all the other stuff that goes with it that I didn't really think about like, so the bullbar has its price then there 6hrs of install accumulation, fitting, wiring, wiring up the lights, fog lights etc. kinda of adds on a fair amount.

So we think we most likely going to go with a ARB bullbar, an alloy one. We talked to the guy and he said the actual big bar anyway, is solid steel it's just the pipe bars around it that are the shiny alloy. Lighter but not as strong has its pros and cons he said.

Pro: lighter means less brake and tire wear
Con: pending the accident, bar may warp or bend if you're hitting something very hard.

Though he assured me that they were in fact, strong bars. He said the idea of the bullbar isn't to go around whacking deer and getting away with it he said it's to whack a deer and be able to get to the next town or city for repairs. Though he admits it may quite do the job with no repairs, he said he wasn't a safety mechanic and could not guarantee anything like that.

We wanted the alloy because it's polished steel look matches well with our chrome at the front.

We then spoke about LED lights and went with a new ARB top of the line product a 40 LED bar said it will light up 3-400m ahead and cats eyes at 3 kilometers.

I said sold only that straight away and he took 400€ off the entire install quote. It's still expensive though but I think we'll do it. I'll call with the quote on Monday, book that in. They said probably be able to have a look early next month. Will take a day to install etc.

 

I came really close to 2 deer on the road last night coming home....looked like the same 2 that rn in front of me the night before but much further ahead...

this time I split them and 1 went left and 1 went right....if either had of went the other way?....wham....i'd be toast...so would a deer....

except one time on my atv I think that is the closest ever....on the atv I smelled it...it was that close...ran right across the path while I was coming home at top speed/.....scared the bejeebers outta me

 

good quality chinese light bars are dirt cheap

basically the same as high end just no fancy name on them and 10% the price

 

is it racist that when I misplaced my cell phone I just assumed it was stole at the reservation?

they opened right in the downtown core less than a block from the shady corner where the runaways and the homeless gather around a big church that is friendly to such people in distress.right beside where I bought this very laptop lol

in another story it says 2 of the people were from the Ottawa dispensaries raided last week...which belonged to marc emery
