Why wouldn't it? It's an animal... a Fish isn't any less alive than a Cow... At the moment I'm the first kind. Mostly second, but I do eat chicken every great now and then because there's just simply nothing else to eat, as I don't buy my own food. However my parents especially my dad often buys me vegeterian products (Tofu, garden burgers, soy chicken nuggets, etcetera) so I usually have a wide selection till I stuff it all in my face and have nothing left.
Oh,...sorry Stalkz,....In my previous posts I had addressed how I consider fish a meat, (even if I weren't a vegan,) while a lot of vege's who eat dairy and egg, also don't eat fish because they don't consider it a, "meat," or an "animal." What I don't undertand about that statement I wrote above is that chickens aren't animals, they are birds, so that reasoning is completely wrong.
What I don't undertand about that statement I wrote above is that chickens aren't animals, they are birds, so that reasoning is completely wrong. Birds are animals, so are fish, amphibians, reptiles, and jellyfish and humans and a lot of other things.
i'll put this into persepective for some idiots who justify thigns by saying there not animals. there are two types of "life" on this planet. plant and animal. SO SHUT THE FUCK UP with fish arnt animals or chicken arnt animals. lil tipsy and sick of fuckin omnis.
I would like to add another type of Vegetarian to your groupings: Lacto-Ovo-fishy... thats what I am, I don't think I fall into cat.1 cuz I NEVER eat other meats, and I rarely do it fish but once in awhile (mostly shrimp if at all). don't forget how important Iron is, next to protein its an issue for vegetarians, I like to get it through juicing things like fresh kale and spinach, and just adding alot of fresh spinach to dishes like meatless lasagne, mushrooms spinach garlic -n- fresh basil in linguine, you can even add spinach to stir fry and it still holds together. (ps - I eat cage free brown eggs, they taste better too!)
Whoot toot I got a guide thing to "making the switch" and I'm gonna shove tons of vegan info in my mommas face!
i am a 4. but i do remember one time my mother wanted me over for dinner and she asked me, "Was I the kind of vegetarian who ate meat?" Odd.
actually i think theres a type 5 too 5. vegitarians who think that everyone else should be a vegitarian and thinks that eating animals is the worst thing ever. I HATE WHEN PEOPLE ARE LIKE THAT ILL TAKE MY STEAK BLOODY AS HELL THANK YOU
type 4. It's taken me a long time to get here though but i finally got it it's an amazing feeling. I've been type 4 for only about 2-3 days now but i was type 3 for a few years now.
