3 things you did today

1) I woke up at around 7.45am, after being awoken by shouting and arguements from my next door neigbour. My neighbour consists of a thirteen year old Whore, and a mother who can barely control her swears, let alone her daughter. Then there is the x husband. He is neither in or out. Thus, giving the impression of some kind of railway station next door. I have no food in the fridge. Just brown rice and a veg stock cube. It is only Saturday, how will I cope till Monday?

2)I heard the postman slip a few letters through my mailbox at around 10.30am. I casually got up at around 11.30 and opened the first of two letters, on the bog. I have been offered a full time position with the Deptford Leisure Centre. Starting 17th March. I just need to ring and accept, and give in a written acceptance. But now my woes begin...

3) On Monday, the jSA could be my last lot of income. Nothing more than 50 quid for food for a month. Or until I get my first wages. Not only that, I have no bank account. I will have nothing until i get my first wages. Location is perfect, hours are perfect, and of course the role is nothing short of miraculous. I know once you work full time, the jobcentre close their doors and you are pretty much on your own. It doesn't matter once you get your first wages. It is just that first couple of weeks. Oh dear

I recieved a phonecall from a support group. I rang them up as when they rang, I was in the bath with ducky and some strange aromatherapy oil, floating on the surface of the water like some oil slick. I rang them back, using reverse charge. I spoke in the communal garden, on the phone to my support group. We highlighted key things that were important to me. Whilst I was on the phone, I heard a blazing argument, shouting and thuds, echoing harshly over the winds. THey were not the same neighbours, but just across the way on the rear of block of council mediocre-style concrete post war bunkers. I then walked down the road to the library. Internet is tits up, yet again But managed to read the Daily Mail whilst I waited for a 3pm reservation on the only available computer terminal. Meanwhile, as I type, independent kids are walking about like they were adults. Nowadays, things have become strangely Neverlandish.

 

1. Made some startling revelations at 2am in the morning
2. Slept in my work clothes and went to work in them
3. Sat about with purple dye gloop on my hair

 

1. Attended a kinesiology course in Leicester
2. Came back from Leicester bloody tired
3. Made toast for dinner

 

1. Watched Time Team.
2. Ran outside in my pyjamas to get the washing in when it started raining.
3. Read a story by Edgar Allan Poe.

 

Resolved a misunderstanding
Painted over all the black marks on the wall in here
Realised how much ill miss the bunnies on honeymoon and nearly cried like a twat

1. started packing,
2. made fruit salad to finish off all the extra fruit we have [i'll need to make more today]
3. um.. gave my mum a million hugs..
extra. insulted my brother... always fun. =]

1. Helped to run a craft fair
2. Sold one of my glasses (one!)
3. Nerarly crocheted a whole hat cos I was bored.

 

1) Travelled for about 3hrs
2) Got myself into an awkward situation
3) Felt confused and irritable

 

day is nearly done so let me post this quick

1) worked on a really lovely hemp necklace for a gift for someone

2) filled out birthday card for my mother-in-law

3) helped a mate 636 fix her sound problem on her PC

*whew*
3 minutes to spare

 

1. Felt like a complete and utter idiot and wanted to cry
2. Got amassed with confusion
3. Got soaked.

And it isn't even midday.

1. Woke up happy.. then had a bit of an 'oh, SHIT' moment
2. Realised my 1500-word assignment is due in on wednesday
3. Felt like crap (for various reasons)

 

1 applied to become a Volunteer Warden with the National Trust in Cornwall
2 drank a load of coffee
3 took some valium and started thinking about world peace

 

4. Felt better about something
5. Was shockingly tired so fell alseep on my bed.

 

yeah, missed your post j0hn, but seriously congrats on getting a job. hope the next couple of weeks till your first cheque aren't too bleak for you.

 

1) Spent 3 lessons playing on my PSP at the back of the class.
2) Realised I had an entire graphics project to do for tomorrow morning and thus decided to spend every waking hour doing it.
3) Drank tea and ate brownies instead.

 

1. woke up feeling calm and sleepy, so calmly and sleepily did not get up til 8:15
2. had the following comment from a builder: 'Hello darling, you look like Glastonbury all over, see you there'. Was going to ask if I looked big, green and muddy, but I didn't.
3. Read a sizeable portion of a book whilst listening to group of girls discuss one of those 'celeb' magazine for a whole hour.

 

1. Nursed my hangover
2. Attempted to get out of bed
3. Went back to sleep
