3 things you did today

woke up with a significant hangover / dopeover
ate an enormous fried breakfast
beat my tennis partner 6-1 in the freezing wind (which finally woke me up)

 

well today i had a walk on the beach made dinner and now writing on here lol

 

had a cup of coffee

saw alice in wonderland (i really enjoyed it)

started having a mood crash (not enjoying it)

 

1. Returned 2 huge sacks of empty Diet Pepsi bottles (at Safeway).
2. Stocked up on groceries.
3. Reading a heavy (literally) collection of Charles Bukowski's poems: 550 pages (at least!).

1 wake up
2 take a dump

1) went into town to buy some seeds/pots

2) bought a new kettle which looks like an old-fashioned kettle

3) planted some bulbs

 

Since my landlord insists all empty bottles must be recycled (cannot be chucked in the trash), I rather return them to the store, and get my deposit back (five cents per bottle). It adds up: I average around ten dollars per month (bottled water and Diet Pepsi). I mean, every cent counts - when you are a starving poet.

bubble-wrapped a heart-shaped biscuit i made for my love and got it ready to send
