Donald Duck was rejected by his own party leaders. Insisting you have a functional political system when all the evidence indicates otherwise is political suicide. The Duck was elected because Americans no longer trust either party or even their fucking neighbors. Bernie might as well be a Sesame Street Muppet for all the good he will do. Bernie is their savor, should the banks require a bailout, just as Obama was. Remain calm, Bernie is in control, do not withdraw all your money from the bank, remain calm and stay tuned to reality TV for more information.

Those who are clueless as to who they are fighting for, learn their lessons the hard way.

Sure but keep in mind as long he's at number two no problem , it wasn't a problem in 2016 either. Just wait and see what happens should it look like he's going to be nominated that's when the crap hits the fan.

In case it escaped your attention, republican politicians have not uttered a single honest word in over twenty years, other than to insist they must destroy the US government. Our constitutional rights have been suspended indefinitely, thanks to democrats and republicans. Our mass media is heavily censored, and nobody distinguishes between the two parties at the voting booth. There is nonstop crap hitting the fan, with Donald Duck attempting to be the second republican in a row to destroy the entire world economy. Perhaps if Bernie shook a stern finger at them....

Wait a minute... Is this about hair sniffing? I am thinking we're all ready to move on, @************. :) Just sayin'.

  7. What
What party? The republicans? They were never his party, they were just the easiest to beat. Trump was being systematic and made both parties look like the fools they have both become.

i think he's pretty foolish @************. We'd be remiss not to realize what he's done/is doing.

  9. I don't see how that's even possible in an age where we still blame people for crap that happened over a century ago.

He is only in office now because the republicans refuse to impeach him. You can say a lot of things about the Mafia, but claiming they are not a political organization that arises to fill a political vacuum is absurd. Democratic they are not, but a political party they will remain until civil war breaks out. The Mafia only thrives in the absence of a functional political government, when there is no compromise possible and the poor have nowhere to turn. Either democrats give them something better, or shut the fuck up and pay the Mafia on time.

  11. I realized this when GW actually suggested privatizing all or part of Social Security. If he had been successful, the ensuing recession that strangled the Obama years would have totally wiped out people's social security accounts. Instead, their 401K accounts were turned into toilet paper. Back then it was a lot of angry democrats and a FEW strong republicans who shut GW's little plan down.

However, using today's economy figures and comparing them to the recession figures as well as those leading up to it, pundits are actually trying to say that had GW's Ponzi scheme been implemented (and the recession ignored utterly), Americans would have very fat Social Security accounts today. The absolute gall in that claim amazes me.

I never disagreed with your assessment as to the dirty pool being played by the government, only in the level of ultimate control.

There is no control. The Mafia does not aim for control, but to simply dominate. All they are interested in is the money, which is why Donald Duck is president, because he is preventing them from becoming more organized.

  14. If only we did. However, we still have the same problems that the Romans endured. It's a human thing, we're still using brains made for living in the wilderness.

I heard an interesting theory that a supernova may be responsible for primates/early humans adopting upright walking. As it goes, the supernova bombarded the galaxy and the solar system with various kinds of radiated energy. This supplied the earth's atmosphere with more free electrons. This led to a weird surge in lightning strikes which turned jungles into Savannah. The apes could no longer rely on the canopy and had to travel on the predator pathways between trees. Standing allowed them to more easily spot predators while also increasing their stride, getting them to the trees faster.

They took these risks for food and sex.

    As humans do today.

  15. Oh I don't deny a black hand in Washington. But I think it's more than 1 and there's little to no coordination except between the political front men.

LOL, there is no choice but to keep putting one foot in front of the other if you want your species to survive. If survival of the fittest were all that mattered, we would be an extinct species, because we are a social species with a particularly long childhood.

How much coordination there is simply depends on the economics involved. Republican party leaders are allowing Donald Duck to do whatever the fuck he wants, because there is money to made and to defy him right now would be suicide. To Nazis, courage and trust are magical things you pull out of a hat when your back is against the fucking wall. Freedom is more important than honesty, which is why it costs so much these days.

We're never letting go of that.

Slavery, right? We still experience a disparity in the treatment received by the ancestors of former slaves, or anyone with darker skin for that matter; albeit more so for those of African-American decent. If you study sociology - or like cultural anthropology or something - it's nearly impossible to ignore the roots of relations between two peoples; African-American and white. The sociological implications of slavery, jim-crow laws, and prejudicial language/behavior are vast and still exist in the vernacular of those who practice racism. One example is the continued use of "illegal alien" just as an example. The term was out of favor, considered impolite, and called "politically incorrect" or non-PC (which I know has conservatives on the right up in arms to a certain degree, but I'll use the terminology for lack of better terms), yet it returns to use, by the President no less, and is now most likely a staple term for his base/administration. That is a step back into the past, back to using the negative slur. Do you see why we can't move on?

Until recently, women in Louisiana were paid an average of 65c on the dollar for the same work as men. Notably, those countries which provide an extensive social security safety net have the fewest social problems and are less religious. Not because religion is about money, but because society encourages women to have no courage and compete among themselves. High heals just get taller the closer you get to any urban center, while there are only two matriarchal cultures in the world indicating the solution is not a radical one for now, but simply empowering women to stop ignoring what's missing from this picture, and find healthier ways of raising a family.

  20. Of course I do. We can't move on because of the desire to punish people for these terrible crimes from the past. Since it's not possible to punish the actual oppressors, being long dead and all, the only alternative seems to be to punish people according to their color.

Also, around the planet people who sneak into countries uninvited are referred to as illegal aliens. But it's natural to want to "soften" words in an effort to lessen their impact. George Carlin touched on this with the chronology of the wartime term Shell Shock. It gave way to "Battle Fatigue" which became Operational Exhaustion. Vietnam brought us to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, which doesn't have the same punch as Shell Shock.

Trying to pretty up the language does little toward solving the problem.
