Exactly. The context of pandemic makes it seem super insidious to me, but it's probably just business as usual.

Actually, I take that back. It's hard to imagine "business as usual" given the circumstances. I guess I just don't think it's that much of a burden/loss to say "ok" to having some stringent requirements for companies needing finances.
