10 minute binge!

I haven't had a Guinness for over two years now. Jesus, I miss it.

I've discovered a new beer snack since I've been over here. Deep-fried grasshoppers. They are crunchy, salty and just a little oily. Absolutely delicious.

 

hmmmm i dig chocolate covered grasshoppers, i think i'd dig deep fried grasshoppers too
i shall get on a plane and be in thailand in 2 days, i will bring the guinness

 

are they put in a sort of batter and then deep fried?

No, you actually get the grasshoppers still looking like grasshoppers only crispy. There are so many insects eaten over here. I don't know the names of most of them in English but I think that grasshoppers are the tastiest.

 

The amount of guinness you would have to bring to keep us happy would mean that you have no space for clothes in your luggage. Ah well.:tongue:
