Last month I camped at both Henlopen and Assateague, indeed they are both great places! Plus lots of horses/ponies on Assateague!

Blackwoods is where I camped. Nice area, but the sites are pretty much on top of one another, so if it's busy be prepared to know thy neighbors!...

Acadia in Maine is definitely worth a visit. I recommend going in the off season though.
