i agree, i've also tried chakra meditation, but i believe that takes much more practice, patience and perhaps a guru
all these differnt types.. i pracitce yoga and meta meditation, are those considered 'types'?
at times i believe i can 'see auras' and then i question whether or not it is my imagination beliving what it wants to see, and in fact it is not...
