the wax will probably be there for a while... nothing you can do about it really. just wash with hot hot water and try some of the deep cleaning...
false... take out the rubber bands NOW. look through this forum and there are some pretty nasty horror story threads about the rubber bands...

i did dreadhead as well... i'm still finding wax and i only used it once... my dreads are only about two months though. anyway dont worry about...

yeah i looked online and found a backpacking forum where they talked about using it while on the trail bc it can be used for so many other things.

ive got really thick dark hair too... and it used to fall out a ton. just leave it be and like he^ said... it'll kinda take care of itself.

i love that since i had a mullet-ish haircut before dreads... that my dreads in the back are longer. i also love the whispies that everyone hates...
