Men Masturbating At Work

I wonder if work places were designed with the worker's needs in mind, that people would be allowed to nap or masturbate in the workplace.

I have to imagine that people would be much happier if they had a place they could relieve their urges at work without fear of repercussions. It really doesn't account for men with higher sex drives or ovulating women, sexual urges are distracting.

After 20+ years of working in the home office, I don't think I could survive a real office job...

 

I don't know that I'm exactly straight, since I was assigned male at birth but am femme genderqueer. Although I am male in every outward apparent way and mostly attracted to womyn.

That said, if I was consistently overhearing the same male employee masturbate in one of the men's room stalls, I wouldn't really give a fig. I mean, obviously I'd think that's inappropriate, but I'd feel no need to report him or tell others.

 

I worked at a record store where some of the employees were masturbating in the bathroom at work. Both male and female. As a shift manager, it kinda maybe was my job to put the kibosh on that.

But since it didn't seem to bug anyone else, not to mention that the majority of staff seemed to have taken some "me time" in there at least once or twice, I just let it happen until there was a complaint. And I never got a complaint. So I never told anyone not to do it. And never mentioned it was being done to anyone else.

Honestly, I and others were doing quite a lot of drugs in that bathroom, and people seemed much more bothered by some coworkers' rather loud and odorous uses of that facility as intended. So, all thing considered, was the fact that a couple times a week someone rubbed one out in there really our biggest issue with bathroom use among staffers?

 

I've never done it at my office. I definitely used to masturbate at least once every time I worked from home in order to avoid using a sick day, and delighted in the fact that it was billable time.

But, there was a coworker I still rub one out to thinking of the few times she wore what appeared to be her only skirt and these fucking fantastic high-waisted Levi's she must have spent half her morning squeezing into.

If there was a permissive masturbation room at my office back then, that would have been the only time I would have taken advantage of such a resource.

However, just thinking of those $0.25 viewing booths in sex shops in NYC, if an office did have a masturbation room, I wouldn't want to use it no matter how horny I got at work just because, who'd be cleaning that throughout the day??? Answer: No one.

 

Most jobs I’ve had I found ways to rub one out . It’s basic maintenance for me really . If I’m not ejaculating least once a day I can’t think straight. I really love it when a woman knows I’m going to go jerk off .
Planes should have more privacy for masturbation too . Envy the sneaky options women have to sneak in an orgasm .

 

I agree with this. Luckily I get to work naked at home, and releasing some stress as it were does help me get focused back on work.
