Carmen is looking for a partner to travel the world

Hi I'm Brian Love here representing Carmen who is looking for a partner to travel the world.

Anyone interested would pay their way and Carmen would pay hers. You will be backpacking primarily. Carmen hopes to visit such Counties as: Egypt, Venezuala, Costa Rica, Panama, Columbia, Peru and Latin America. However, Carmen is interested in travelling anywhere outside of the US, 'whatever you want'. Carmen goes Mexico several times a year (and would be very hospitable to guests), as well as, visits to Hawaii. In terms of lodging expect to stay at hostels and camping when possible. She's at peace with the outdoors and doesn't mind staying with anyone or even under a tree.

I visited the Rainbow Retreat Project website. With all respect to my rainbow brothers and sisters, this looks like class/caste system based on $$ amounts both earned and donated. I have so earnestly wanted to attend a gathering but not under this kind of class oppression.

Carmen is not so computer savy and would like to use me as a go between. I first suggested that she make her own account, but she has her way. There are other factors as well... don't see why it wouldn't be ok for me to post for here.

Not saying it is not okay for you to post here. I was just wondering why you are posting this for Carmen.
But since I am going to travel a bit myself around South America I can say she is welcome to travel a bit with me. I have been backpacking quite a lot, mostly in Asia though. So hereby I invite Carmen to talk a bit about travelling, I'll gladly provide some hints and tips and useful information.

I am sorta confused by this thread, are you saying Carmen wants someone with their own funding to join her on her travels?

Yes... she is looking for a partner to travel with who is willing to pay his or her own way, Carmen has her own money for travels. Her main travel interests are listed in the first post, although she is willing to travel anywhere, it's up in the air.

I will mention that there are some rude people on hipforums... if she cares to know, (which I probably was just being responsive), because she most likely wouldn't care -- she doesn't get upset easily (or maybe ever)... she's got a real good perspective... I would tell her... Although I have no idea why I am responding, can you please lay off... this thread should be suiting its purpose not be receiving pointless points.

I hope Carmen has a nice trip Brian Love, i would love to join her or myself on a trip to Africa but saddly enough it's not going to happen anytime soon last time i checked my wallet haha.
