Nothing is wrong with condoms - I did not make myself clear - condoms are the best we can do for preventing STD's but they should be supplemented with another form of birth control.

 

I would agree - the statutory rape is not used much anymore and is hard to prove unless you are caught in the act. If the female is ready to swear blind that nothing ever happened and they were the only ones who were there it is hard to get a conviction and most PA's will not mess with it unless the woman’s parents swing local power. However, all that aside neither of you should do anything that you are not 100% comfortable with doing. You got lots of time ahead of you, better to be sure.

You have to be 18 for it to be legal in the USA, but noone seems to want to conform to the rules anymore. Just like regular hippies.... Good choice on the condom- as far as where - it is worth waiting to find a good comfortable place with no chance of being caught. Neither one of you want any more stressors that you will already have on the first time. Just make a careful pick there is nothing worse than someone walking in on you and having a major fit while you are both trying to put your clothing back on.
