Hi everybody it's been great to be barefoot here in Utah. Last week the temperature was in the 40's in the day and low 30s at night. And it rained last week i had surgery on my knee a week before and i went to the hospital barefoot . I washed my foot so it wasn't so dirty. My bottoms of my bare feet are stained black and i love it . But i wanted the doctor tp be ok with my dirty bare feet and he was . He told me that they will wash my bare foot the one that is going to have the surgery on. My doctor knows that I'm a barefooter and i never wear shoes or socks. The only good thing is that my doctor is for going barefoot. He told me that being barefoot is good for your knees and ankles and hips wearing shoes creates problem with your hips knees, and ankles. So the day of the surgery i went in barefoot and come out barefoot. . Then i had to go back and have the stiches removed and that week it rained and the looks i was getting was I'm crazy for being barefoot at this time of the year. I had one person asked if i was afraid to slip and fall because it was raining and I'm barefoot . I said no i walk better barefoot then in shoes. I had one of the nurse's said that the doctor prefers his clients go barefoot afte surgery it's safer to walk barefoot. So i had my stiches removed and the doctor said i can do what i can but don't push it to much.. It is great not to hurt anymore. Then this week i had two other doctors appointment and the nurse's for one doctor said wow it's in the 40 degrees and you are still barefoot. And i said I'm a full time barefooter or what is called a earther. And she said that my bare feet must be tough not to feel the cold on your bare feet. I told her i walk barefoot in the snow. And i told her she will see me barefoot in the winter. And the nurse from my primary care physician said yes you will see him barefoot in the snow his bare feet get a little red but that's all . I told them i love to feel the leaves crunch under my bare feet and i love to feel the snow on the bottoms of my bare feet it's hard to explain until you try it your self. The nurse ask if i clean the snow off the driveway and side walks in my bare feet and yes i do i even showed a video from my phone that a neighbor took of me removing snow from my driveway and her driveway and side walks. Everybody calls me barefoot Rick. Even my primary care physician calls me that and i love it. One of this day's I'm going to clean the snow from my back patio not just barefoot but naked. That will be great . Everybody keep barefooting.

Today i had knee surgery today and i went to the hospital barefoot. And i had some people just look like i shouldn't be barefoot at a hospital. I went in and check in and the lady said wow no shoes i said not it's beeb raining and i have seen people slip out of there flip/flops and she said yes it's safer to be barefoot. And everybody said it ok to be barefoot in the hospital we do not have a rule you must wear shoes. And after my surgery i was wheeled out and the person that wheel me out said wow you have nice toes for a guyi said i never wear shoes or socks. I'm a full time barefooter even in the winter i go barefoot in the snow he said wow i love beening barefoot and that he is going to try doing some winter barefooting. It feels great you just have to take you time and you will get use to the cold. Everybody keep barefooting.

Today is a great day i went to a butcher shop to buy meat and chicken. They sell it in what they call the variety pack. And yes i went in barefoot they had no signs up saying no bare feet. And so i walk in barefoot and the place was packed with people. They do have a sandwich shop also and so i went on and got someone to help me so as i was telling him what package i would she look down and said wow you're barefoot i said yes is that a problem ? She said no and she said i like your anklet and toe ring. I said thanks she also said it must be nice to go everywhere barefoot? I said yes it is I'm a full time barefooter and that means also in the winter i do not wear sock or shoes i go barefoot in the snow She said it will bea few minutes i said ok sat down at a table and waited. About ten minutes it was done and she had the box of meat on a cart and she followed me to my truck . She ask a lot of questions and she said i bet your feet are dirty i said no they are black . She ask if she could see the bottoms i said ok i showed her the bottoms she said wow i like that . She said that she goes barefoot as much as she can she love being barefoot and driving barefoot. She ask for my number so i gave it to her . She wants to talk more about going barefoot in public. So i hope she calls it would be nice to have someone else to go barefoot with. And to go places with someone that loves to be barefoot as much as i do. I will tell you what it goes if she calls. Everybody keep barefooting.

Will today i went to wash my truck nice weather for washing and going barefoot and nude . So i went to this car wash that is surrounded by large trees it's hard to see it and it really hard to see in the bay's from the drive way to get in .I do know of some people that go there and wash the car's and trucks in the nude . And they also have sex there to. So when i got there there was one other car in one of the bay's and as i pulled in to the bay i started to rinse my truck off first. And as i was i saw the guy looking where i was at and then he walked real fast and he was naked. And then he walked back real fast. So i thought if he was naked i will go naked to that was the plan so i took off my shirt and shorts . And i started washing my truck and it was so great that i was having fun and then i notice that someone was looking at me it was the guy in the next bay. So the guy started talking about being nude and that it would be nice if we could go nude all the time . I said yes and i would be nude all year around. And as i started to dry off my truck he ask if i had another shammy i said yes here and thanks for helping me he said no problem. So as we where drying my truck . He ask if i was bisexual, gay, or straight. I told hime I'm bisexual. He ask when was the last time i had sex i said it been like 2 or 3 weeks ago and before that it was 6 years ago . Hi everybody today has been a good day it's not to hot and it's not to cold. Andthe ground feels great and i love this time of year. I really don't see a lot of people barefoot but you do see people wearing flip/flops . I get the looks from people and i do hear them say that i should be wearing shoes . I just go on with my business and when they are looking at me and every move i make i ask them is there something wrong. And like always you're barefoot and i ahould be wearing shoes. I tell them my lifestyle is a barefoot lifestyle and it's healthier and on top of that i save money on socks and shoes. And my bare feet never where out . I only buy new anklets or get o new toe ring. Or i let my niece paint my toe nails dark blue and everybody tells me my toes look good in dark blue polish. But one day i will wash my truck completely naked i might do that this weekend it's going to be in the mid 80's. I will let you all know how it goes so everybody keep barefooting.
