In truth the only responsibility we CAN take is for ourSelfs.
And the only way to Know what that means - is to learn to Be Still enough to Listen to the Higher Self.
Each IS in Connection..... we but try to find excuses to maintain the program of ignorance that alas was our birthrite passage into this particular realm....whose vibrations it IS ours to Change.
