Getting Painkiller Script In Arkansas

I live in Arkansas and am looking to get a script for vics or perks. I am sick of scoring them from other pharmers. It is too expensive. I am 24 and don't really have any chronic problems excluding back pain due to a lot of bending over at work. If anyone know a fool proof way to get a script, comment.
