What is in the barrels?

Finally I can comment back, I'm still a guest so I can't say thanks to the those who left me visitor messages. Thanks for the welcome.
Looks like whiskey, haha, but it's a gunpowder storage room I believe? Some sort of ammunition something. The room was actually engineered in a way that attacks on the barracks wouldn't be able to get through to the room and mess up their supply. Not the highlight of my trip, but an interesting stop nonetheless.
