The Smoke Boat... yes, this is a boat tour specifically for tokers to smoke weed on board.

      There used to be a stationary canal boat coffeeshop but it shutdown long ago. If you checkout the 2 guys on the right, sitting over the canal, I think that's a coffeeshop I used to visit.
