Oregon Cannabis Tax Act (OCTA 2010)

Ballot title for Oregon's marijuana legalization measure. Will include recreational pot that is taxed and regulated; medicinal marijuana; industrial hemp grown in agricultural settings and products made from home grown hemp, including biofuel; individuals may grow six (?) individual plants for personal use only; research will be done on marijuana, and not that crap the feds hand out to researchers to use.
