This Ashtanga Yoga Teacher training is based on the Primary Series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, also known as Ashtanga Yoga, is a type of yoga founded and popularized by K. Pattabhi Jois. An exhaustive exploration of over 71 asanas including their alignment principles, adjustments, variations, use of props, anatomical aspects, risks & benefits. Small groups where students are encouraged to ask questions & get more personal attention & assistance from teachers. A team of 10 well experienced, traditional asanas teachers have practiced under Sri Pattabhi Jois, BKS Iyengar, BNS Iyengar & Malladihalli Raghavendra Swamiji. All the asanas practice sessions are led by an experienced yoga teacher and Mysore style is also practiced once in a week. Accommodation and delicious vegetarian food are provided by Ashtanga Yoga Mysore. It is an intensive course and we understand that students must have a comfortable stay during the course.
