dumbells don't really represent me at all.

much prefer imagination to repitition. probably why i've always been kind of boring at sex.

never had a bench press but i've heard they're useful for friction fitting wheels and gears onto axils.

I never had a partner to have sex with, except I went to escorts by paying money but a lot of times I ended up with trans women against my will. You see I cannot even be with a biological woman by paying money.

How unlucky I am, wouldn't you say?

I tried shoulder press with a pair of 14.5 kg dumbells today and I did 10 reps with them.

With a pair of 12.5 kg dumbells, It was 18 reps.

I think cardio is more important, personally.

I don't care what anyone says, or what anyone tells you... Cardio is conducive to a healthier body and mind in my experience. Your mentality when you're lifting has the potential to be very healthy. But it can also be poisonous and toxic.

I have my reservations about lifting because I don't trust the mentality behind it, honestly. And my back won't tolerate it - I constantly find that I'm injured. So I have just learned that I'm stuck with what I've got & that my 'gains' aren't going to make my back any better at all; despite advice to the contrary (namely that if you strengthen opposing muscle systems or something you'll regain your back agility or something).

I feel like it sometimes is motivated by intimidation or violence (I can kick his ass sort of a vibe; which I'd argue is immature at the very least...), or in certain cases vanity. Seldom do I find myself thinking "golly miss molly! that person is healthy and has his shit together!" when I see someone lifting weights. In fact, it's usually quite the opposite - I get the hell away from them and their potential hostility.

I think a functional musculoskeletal system is conducive to a healthy body and thus a healthy mind, but you can learn to do cardio and get in a healthy exercise routine before you ever lift weights.

I don't want to miscommunicate my feelings - lifting IS healthy. But there are so many pitfalls in the proverbial mentality arena that it's very hard for me to get behind.

I mean the word "Bro" comes to mind.... grow up

But to have a good body takes more than cardio...You only lose weight with cardio. That is it. Being not fat is not enough to have a good body.

But I think the most important part is face and I don't have it. What good will it do to have muscle when you don't have an handsome face. I am not tall either. Girls like tall guys also.

    I am 172 cm.

    @Grandeur,

I wonder what makes you think that.

Simply losing weight and developing good posture for example will accentuate your natural body contours and will be attractive.

    That's a funny story, @Grandeur! LOL! :D

It happens; though I haven't experience with that. I have however met an interesting transwoman. They're fascinating people, aren't they? I suppose given the context you might have a harder time appreciating that... ;)

You'll find your mate, @Grandeur. I'm sure of it. You seem very motivated, and that usually means that you're smart enough and will find your way.

Escort websites are crawling with trans women. I'd say majority of them using these websites are trans women.

i used to bench around 350-ish.

I don't really care about reps, haha. powerlifters don't care about that stuff. I could curl about 80lbs in one arm about 5 times.
