I also have five frogs we raised from tadpoles that my children named: Buggy-Eyes, Spotty, Spotless, Leopardy, and Zeyonda
Ive got three pups,, My pitbull mix is named Dude and hes my baby, My miracle pup Nanook we saved from the pound,, shes a rottie shephard mix ..she had worms and kennel cough and they were going to put her to sleep, shes two years old now , we named her after the dog in the lost boys. and our german shephard mix is Isis.
Here is our family kitty, which acts more like a dog! But he is a vegetarian of sorts!! His name is Lucifer. he came with our house and came with the name!! We call him "Luci"....he is an awesome cat! And wonderful with the kids!
My boyfriend and I rescued a kitten who was going to be sent to the Humane Society (and not a no-kill one, either)...he was in a really dirty house and was locked up in a little room. We got him on Thanksgiving, so we were tossing around ideas. He's an orange striped cat, so I thought about naming him Pumpkin Pie...but Adam didn't really like that name. The kitten looked like Milo from the movie Milo and Otis, but I didn't really like that name either...the name Jasper popped in my head, but Adam didn't think that one fit him. FINALLY, I was sitting there playing with him one day and I blurted out "Jazzmoe.!" It was a perfect name for him. I added the period at the end of Jazzmoe. later because my favorite band is moe. He's getting fat. It's hard to believe he was ever a kitten.
My family has three cats: Socks got her name because we were unoriginal and her feet were all white and so we just named her that, then we gave Tiger her name because she was a really feisty kitten and pounced on things like a tiger, then we got Kitzel from our grandma who had him for awhile...she got that name watching a pretzel commercial (Kitty...pretzel. Haha). Our dog Abby was an adorable little miniature schnauzer puppy and the name just fit. Recently, I've been assigning names to the scads of kittens at my boyfriend's house (they've recently had 3 different litters of kittens born to three different cats within 3 weeks of each other, ontop of a litter from last summer, and the big mama/grandma cat). Daniel named the runt of one of the litters Tiny because he's this teeny little thing with a huge personality, I named a little fat black and white one Scooter, and then there's Garfield, a little poof of orange fur. Hehe. I tried to avoid naming them because we really need to find homes for them before the neighborhood counsel gets involved...20+ cats is a lot, even for a house in the country....but I can't help it, I love them all so much!
My cousin has a cat called Socks. I ain't into pets myself, and all they do is piss and poo all over your furniture and leave dirty flees around the place!!!
Welll my mom changed her name on me My dad thought Marley was stupid, and stonerish so he wanted it changed. We decided on Sunni, short for Sunflower (her breeding name will be Summer's Sunflower)
Awww really pool shark that sucks. I liked that name for her, she looks like a marley. But Sunni is a good name...SHes cute either way.
I own a flea circus.......the names of the artists are: -Number One and Number two (jugglers) -Number Three and Number Four (clowns) -Number Five (illusionist) -Number Six and Number Seven (acrobats)
i have 2 cats 1 is a silver spotted bengal he's my boy and he's called Ozzy, and my other cat she's still a bengal but she's a snow leopard and she's called Kia/Kira but she will answer to both.
My kitten's name is Zen, because you can do pretty much anything to him and he'll still keep his cool.
I've got three auracana bantams. Had absolutely NO INTENTION of giving them names. Not that they are going to end up in the pot... but simply because they are animals that will be used for egg laying. Figured they would simply be called "girls". Well, the day came when I was looking at the three of them and each one was performing some variety of individual behavior and the names came to me... Peggy, Candace and Madeleine. They are three chicks I worked with in a Beverly Hills travel agency. Two are no longer with us (the employees), but Madeleine is still working at age 79!
I was 14 yearsold and a goth at the time and thought that I would marry Rob Zombie, frontman of White Zombie. I was lookin for a kitten at all the shelters for a few months but none were right. I had a few names in my head when around christmas I went to an animal hospital and straight away saw this beautiful white/grey tabby. I put my finger in the cage and he sat up on his hind legs and reached out for my finger. Oh my it was love at first sight and I said "This is my Zombie". (because I thought he was the only thing as beautiful as Rob Zombie- funny how things change). But he ended up breaking his leg and it got a little wonky so he walks like a Zombie anyways. I tell you its always funny to see the neighbours faces as I am yelling out "Zooooooooooooooooooombiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!" over and over in my sweetest voice.
Thats funny - I have a friend who has a dog named Free because she rescued him and her parents are both vets, so the dog was "free". It used to make her parents laugh so hard. We have a dog, her name is Sugaree, but we call her Sugar. Well, except my 2yo son who calls her "goo goo"
My grandma used to have 8 cats. 1. Minnie(whose is the queen of them all) 2.
