Coz who doesn't love a song pulsing with feels? There are several dozen or more songs that can incite a strong emotional response from me at any given time depending on my mood and the circumstance, of course, but im thinking id like to see this thread geared towards songs that are intensely emotional in their own right. Not to say these two things cant go hand in hand, naturally. If you feel so inclined a brief description, and maybe background on how you found the song(s) you chose would be super welcome. Ive chosen Kiss It All Better by He Is We. I found this band in my early high school days when i was spending a lot of time with a very christian girl who loved music and performing. She had excellent music taste, particularly for songs that would make you feel the feels. This beautifully crafted piece tells the story of a boy whose girl is shot, presumably by the mistake of a gangbanger, and he avenges her then pays the judicial price spending his time in incarceration simply remembering and longing for his lost love. In no real way is this song related to anything ive felt or experienced, but the way its arranged and the talent of He Is We makes me feel like im dying in my lovers arms every time i hear it.
