    Steve Earle - Townes.

I bought it at the concert and then got Steve to sign it afterwards. The vinyl in photo is opened, with a magazine on the left (signed) and two concert tickets (signed) and then the vinyl which is signed very top right. :)

Today I got all these records :)

    1) Nat king cole - Unforgettable (MONO)
    2) Lawrence Welk - 1963s early hits (MONO)
    3) 1950s rock and roll collection (4 record set)

What I love about this collection is THEY HAVE THE SONGS IN FULL MONO IN BOTH CHANNELS!! (The music sounds excellent (Most 50s songs are MONO anyway))

I also have this collection on 8 track (3 cartridges) and I can tell already the records are MUCH BETTER! (Longer songs, etc (Some songs are cut off early on the tapes (What I have heard so far on the records is awesome!)))

im seriously thinking about going back to VINYL because these people alter your artists music. They call it "remastered" . I call it "raped". So, as a reggae lover , I have no other choice other than buying vinyls or mc cassettes - already bought some mc cassetttes. got no other choice man

I will get my vinyl player soon. Theres just too many things in my head right now. There is a big fleemarket next to my house where they sell lps(all kinds of) damn cheap. Some of those lps are smaller in size. I dont know how you call them? But I think the smaller vinyls are even older. Not sure...

Three are 3 sizes of vinyl.
12 inch, called "L.P.s" (long playing) 99% they are played at 33 1/3 RPM
7 inch, usually with a big hole in the middle. 80% of the time they are played at 45 RPM and commonly called "45s"
Then there are the records that should be played at 78RPM. They are usually older and thicker, not quite as big as an LP. called "78s"

I recently ran across the LP that my parents made of their wedding in 1955.
