Creamy Herb Dressing In a blender mix: 1 cup cottage cheese 2 cups yogurt (plain) 1/4 cup fresh basil 1/4 cup fresh dill 1/4 cup fresh lemon thyme 1/4 cup fresh sage 1/4 cup fresh rosemary 1 large clove garlic 1 tblsp honey 2 tblsp soy sauce 1 tsp black pepper Blend until smooth. Put in a 1 litre container, and shake in 1 tblsp chunky dijon mustard and 1/2 cup chopped fresh chives. If you want this dressing thicker, take a container of yogurt and strain in a coffee filter for 24 hours, making a 'cheese', use 2 cups of that.
