Gstrings tunes my guitar better than my old tuner

 

SK strobe for iOS...pretty cool for tripping, brainwave, NYC travel

 

squirrel call, turkey call, duck call, geese call, fraction calculator, metric converter .. thats all ...

 

Gstrings is super useful. Other than that I mostly just use social media apps and photo editing apps. Google stargaze (I may have the name wrong) is pretty cool too.

 

Abobe photoshop express for iOS, nothing close to anything like the real photoshop but still useful.

 

SleepBot... it monitors your sleep.

 

Terminal emulator. Busybox , sqllite browser, wicap, droidwall.

Netflix, adblock, battery saver.

 

I like the way it allows you to speak to people who are a long way away from you.

my phone isn't advanced enough to have apps on it. it has a torch though!

 

Yeah my old Nokia had a torch.Was really useful.Also had great conversion system.I now have a new Nokia Lumia but haven't figured it all out yet.I'm resistant to apps as being just another diversion from doing anything useful.But I guess it's a good way of entertaining the folks.I suppose I will eventually get around to using them,and I'm sure some of them could be useful in certain situations,but a part of me just can't be bothered.
